Contact forms
Contact submissions contain the information a visitor chooses to provide. The form explicitly discourages sensitive information and includes a honeypot field to reduce automated spam.
Privacy
A minimal-data website by default.
This redesign is structured to avoid unnecessary tracking and to keep credentials and API secrets out of visitors' browsers.
Social feeds
The website requests posts from server-side Meta API endpoints. Visitors are not asked to provide Facebook or Instagram credentials.
Shop
Product data can be read from Shopify, while transaction and checkout data remain with Shopify's secure checkout rather than being collected by this front end.
Analytics
No analytics package is included in this project. If analytics are added later, the privacy notice and consent requirements should be reassessed before deployment.
This page is a technical baseline, not a substitute for legal advice. Before launch, BVLS should review and publish a privacy notice that accurately reflects the hosting provider, form processor, Shopify configuration, Meta integration and any analytics or advertising tools actually enabled.
